Paris Hilton has once again been caught with marijuana after dogs sniffed her bag and a gram was discovered while vacationing on the Mediterranean. More recently, she was busted during the World Cup after the Brazil-Netherlands game in South Africa for suspicion of marijuana possession, but she was released. Now, reportedly, the heiress has once again been caught with marijuana – this time while vacationing on the Mediterranean. USA Today reports that on Friday, Hilton was traveling by private jet with “personalities close to power in Malaysia” to Sardinia. However, while in Corsica she was detained for a half-hour after dogs sniffed her bag and authorities caught her with approximately one gram of marijuana. Despite these claims

Apparently at this point no lawyer is willing to represent Lindsay Lohan. There has been a lot of talk about Lindsay's next choice of lawyer seeing as her previous lawyer, Shawn Chapman Holley resigned. However, at this point, Lindsay still does not have a lawyer. Stephanie Ovadia is Lindsay's New York legal rep and she has been confirming and denying different rumors about possible lawyers. Ovadia shares, "Stuart Goldberg is not Lindsay's new attorney." Goldberg is known to also be a screenwriter as well as lawyer. It still has not been decided whether Lindsay is going to officially appeal her sentence. Lindsay claimed that her "human rights" were not respected, but nothing has been done so far. Lindsay is still expected to serve 90 days and has to surrender by next Tuesday, July 20th.
